Bulk order questions
How many posters can one bulk order include?
Up to 500 unique locations in a single order — and each one can be a completely different map, caption and size. Need more? Ask; large runs are split into scheduled batches.
Can each poster ship to a different address?
Yes — that’s the point. Provide a shipping address per row in the spreadsheet and every poster travels separately with its own tracking number, to any country we ship to (which is nearly all of them). Or ship the whole run to one office — your choice, mixed is fine too.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes. Bulk orders are quoted individually based on quantity, sizes, framing and shipping split — send the quote form on this page with your count and we’ll reply with real numbers within a business day.
How do you keep 500 different maps on-brand?
You approve one design direction — map style, typography, caption format — and we apply it across every location in the run. The set arrives looking like one deliberate collection, not 500 one-offs.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes — bulk orders are invoiced to your company with VAT details, alongside the Stripe payment receipt. Payment by card or bank transfer by arrangement.
How long does a bulk order take?
Depends on size and framing: small runs ship within days, a full 500-piece split-shipping run is scheduled in batches over a few weeks. Tell us your deadline up front and we’ll confirm feasibility before you commit.
